Two ways to verify
Standard
1 credit per emailSyntax, domain, MX, disposable and role detection, blacklists, SPF, and DMARC. This is the default for single checks, bulk uploads, and the API.
Deep Verification
up to 5 credits per emailEverything in Standard, plus a mailbox-level check against the receiving mail server. You only pay the higher amount when that check returns a real answer. Addresses the standard checks already settled, and any failure on our side, stay at 1 credit.
How credits work
Single verifies, bulk rows, and API requests all draw on one balance. Standard costs 1 credit per email. Deep Verification costs up to 5, and is only charged the higher amount when a mailbox-level check actually runs. There is no separate subscription for Deep.
Billing workflow
Checkout is initiated from the dashboard and purchase history is visible under billing once an account is signed in.
Larger volumes
Packs stack: buy the same pack again whenever the balance runs low. If you expect to need far more than the largest pack, use the contact page and tell us your volume.
